Evoke Chiropractic aims to assist minority Chiropractors in building a viable business by ensuring they are fully prepared for success after books, boards and tuition. Minorities in Chiropractic are ready for a life of fulfillment, enjoyment and abundance.

Founding Partner

Dr. Xaivier Tipler

Dr. Xaivier T. K. Tipler is from New Madrid, MO, and now resident of St. Louis, MO. Dr. Tipler received a B.S. in Biology from Central Methodist University where he was a three-sport athlete. Dr. Tipler went on to receive a second B.S. in Human Anatomy and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Tipler has been in private practice, serving the community of St. Louis, with the mission of “Creating a reality of Oneness, In the Hearts and Souls of the Black Community” with friend and business partner Dr. Edgar Everett for 17 years at Proficient Chiropractic.

Dr. Tipler, is highly involved in the St. Louis community, providing Health & Wellness lectures, speaking engagements, mentoring high school students, participating in health fairs, and partnerships with other businesses and organizations focused on building community health and wealth.

Dr. Tipler is a Co-founder of Evoke Chiropractic Coaching LLC, that was created for the purpose of inspiring minority doctors to develop themselves to be Health & Wellness leaders in the communities they serve.

Dr. Tipler is a decorated Army War Veteran, having received the “Meritorious Service Medal” during the Iraq war. Dr. Tipler has received numerous accolades for his service to the city of St. Louis, such as receiving a Proclamation from St. Louis County, making July 24th , “Proficient Chiropractic Day”, as well as being recognized for “Outstanding Achievement in Business Award”. Dr. Tipler serves on the Board of Trustees for Logan University, his Alma Mater, he is the Central Region Director of the ABCA, he is a member of the MCPA, and ACA. Dr. Tipler is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Dr. Tipler enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, and 4 amazing children when he’s not serving for Chiropractic in the community.

Dr. Edgar Everett

Like many of you, Dr. Edgar Everett III is driven to bring to his practice members a caring, inspiring and solution-based style of health care. Since being in practice he has seen the Chiropractic landscape shift dramatically. People need us more and more. What has changed so much? Is it that the old healthcare model is broken?

Dr. Everett attended Illinois State University before Logan College of Chiropractic. Over the past decade of serving his practice members, volunteering at community clinics, mentoring Chiropractic students, and public speaking, his views on the Edgar has come to understand that having an impact on your community comes from compassion, hard work, and intelligent decision making. Chiropractic is a way of life. He is a member of the ABCA, IFCO, and the ICA.

Though sometimes his view can be disruptive, Dr. Everett’s goal is to challenge the status quo and stretch your consciousness. He believes that being challenged filters out those who want more and those who are complacent.

Dr. Everett currently resides in St Louis, MO with his beautiful family. He is a partner in two practices in the metro area, created a program for the children of St. Louis to be introduced to Chiropractic in conjunction with Logan College of Chiropractic, and founding partner of Evoke Chiropractic Coaching.

 

Founding Partner

Dr. Frank Vaught Jr.

Dr. Frank Vaught Jr. D.C. is the founder and owner of Health on Earth Wellness Centers, LLC. Dr. Vaught is a Chiropractic physician, community leader for personal health and wellness and an inspirational speaker. Early in his life sacrifice, ethics and hard work was a choice and engrained in his DNA. Growing up in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Vaught’s primary focus was helping people maintaining composure in the face of adversity.

After college, he served 8 years in the US Army. His military schooling was hospital medical nutrition in Fort Lee VA. and Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Since 2004, he has been practicing Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation at the Health on Earth Wellness Centers, LLC in Crestwood, IL. The practice focuses on prenatal / family care, athletic injuries, and personal injury. Also, Dr. Vaught is the co-founder of three other health and wellness locations in Illinois.

Dr. Vaught has a Bachelor of Science from Central Methodist University. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic, St. Louis, MO. 

He has advanced certifications in prenatal, pregnancy and brain traumatology, MVA reconstruction and Whiplash. He holds a membership in the ICA, ICPA, ABCA, and the best fraternity of men known as Omega Psi Phi, Incorporated.

Dr. Vaught was the recipient of the 2013 African American Male Image Awards. He speaks both locally and internationally. In 2014, he was invited to lecture on his research at a Sport and Society Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Dr. Vaught currently resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife and two daughters. His hobbies include traveling, mission trips, and running, completing his first half marathon in October 2015. He is finishing his first book on EC & C (Empowering Children in the Community).
